On this page, you will find information about helplines that are available specifically for trans, non-binary, gender diverse and LGB people in the UK.

 Switchboard LGBT+ Helpline provides an information, support and referral service for lesbians, gay men and bisexual and trans people – and anyone considering issues around their sexuality and/or gender identity. Telephone and online support available.

 LGBT+ Helpline Scotland provides information and emotional support to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people and their families, friends and supporters across Scotland. They also support those questioning or wanting to discuss their sexuality or gender identity.

 Mindline Trans+ is a confidential listening service for people who identify ​as trans, agender, genderfluid, and/or non-binary. Mindline Trans+ is run by trans, non-binary, and LGBT people, and trans allies. The helpline is co-run by local mental health charities Bristol Mind and Mind in Taunton and West Somerset.
